I saw Jenna for a regular clean and polish but on this occasion they had a new cleaning gizmo. It was described as like a car wash for your teeth! Well it’s somewhat accurate! It was amazing, it uses warm water so if you have sensitive teeth you’ll be ok. It was worth every penny! Honestly my teeth were 4-5 shades whiter!! As a lifelong black coffee drinker I couldn’t believe the results. Worth every penny of the £100 fee for this particular cleaning! Do yourself a favour, spend the extra £40 and have this done!!

Exceptional service from receptionist to dentist. In a great deal of pain from jaw/gum area, so very grateful to receptionist for managing to fit me in to see dentist on the day I sought help. The dentist very thorough in assessing and treating problem, including near term follow up to ensure problem is sorted and/or further treatment (should it be needed).

The Limes has always had lovely receptionists and dental nurses and thankfully since FP Dental took over that has continued and it is nice to still see familiar faces.My original dentist of 20+ years retired and I was moved to Gina as my dentist. I have only seen her twice but both times she has been friendly, efficient and professional.

I had a hygienist appointment with Natasha Gray and I can't fault her. I have incredibly sensitive teeth and have always suffered with pain when having my teeth cleaned/descaled. During my appointment with Natasha I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, I've never experienced that. I highly recommend Natasha, she's clearly really good at what she does.

My first visit to the dentist in years with Limes after an accident caused damage to my teeth. This was obviously traumatic as id lost a tooth and damaged another.Limes dental have been so great and really grateful to them. Couldn't recommend them enough! In under a year all treatment has been done and I've had my bridge put in getting me back to normal.I was quite nervous for my appointments as i needed things like a tooth out and root canal but the staff were all really friendly and having the same dentist helped, who made me feel at ease during all of my appointments. Really great service.

When I arrived, I was told that my usual dentist now doesn't work on Mondays and was asked if I wanted to make another appointment. To minimise the inconvenience, I agreed to see a different dentist. She was very pleasant and communicative as she looked at my teeth. She said that she likes to have X-rays every two years and, since it was 4 years since my last one, she took x-rays of both sides of my mouth. These would have shown up any hidden problems, although there were none. She seemed to be very thorough and I was only charged the usual check up fee. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the lack of communication about my usual dentist.

Very friendly staff and efficient. The dentist relaxs you by playing music and talking about what he wants you to do next. Etc. 2nd appointmentFor a crown last Friday. Very well cared for prior to having the crown fitted. Just had to wait a short time to complete the fitting. Asked if I had any questions which I didn't. Bruno the dentist said I would be able to eat lunch about 1pm . Since then I have had a problem with the work. Back in 6 month's.

I never thought a trip to the dentist would be such a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend him and all his team highly enough. He is a magnificent ambassador for his profession as are the rest of his team. I have had several treatments at the practice and have never in my 54 years looked forward to visiting a dentist! Over the years, more than I care to think about, I have always been grateful to have had a local dentist. Since Catherine Davey joined the practice I have come to realise how lucky i, and other patients,have been to have been looked after so well. And when I have had dealings with other members of the team, from the receptionists to the ladies who remove foreign bodies from my mouth during a procedure, i have always been impressed.On the negative side I fear that you can't make my teeth last forever, and that you need a stair carpet to muffle the noise from the stairs.

I have been a patient of Mrs. Wolverson for 40 years, both in Doncaster and the last 12 years at The Limes. I have always had excellent, gentle, professional and sympathetic treatment from both Mrs. Wolverson and her nurses. The reception staff are equally considerateand so polite and respectful, and will always try to accommodate an urgent appointment. After 30 years of Mr Gatecliff looking after our family dental requirements at the Limes dental surgery I have now been moved to a new female dentist operating at the practice on his retirement. She was very informative about questions I raised and did a yearly check on the condition of my teeth checking for any other issues in the mouth and throat area that may show signs of potential cancer.I was happy with the service and will continue to attend as a NHS patient.I would like to thank Mr Gatecliff for his work and saving many a tooth from extraction over the years and wish him and his family a happy retirement.

We visited Limes Dental practice for our annual check up. The whole process went so well. Right from checking in with the receptionist, to the check up itself, was handled so professionally. We were well looked after. We met our new dentist and dental nurse, who put us both at ease straight away. The dentist explained everything he was doing first and ensured that we were happy and comfortable. I have a few mobility issues, which caused me a bit of concern, but I needn't have worried. Everyone was so helpful, understanding, and made sure I was OK. Nothing was too much to ask.I would definitely recommend Limes Dental practice, and I will not hesitate to go back, should I need to do so before my next check up.

I have had an excellent experience at FP Dental. I have recently started going there and the service has been absolutely fantastic. All the staff are friendly and helpful and it makes it really easy that bookings can be done over email and online. My dentist, Andreia has been absolutely fantastic. She has such a calming and friendly demeanour, which makes the visits more pleasant. Her communication is outstanding, explaining every stage and talking through what is happening which is really reassuring. On top of that her knowledge and expertise are very high. I would highly recommend FP Dental and Andreia.

I am quite a nervous patient so always a little worried when the dentist suggests a deep clean.I’ve had 2 so far, both with Gemma and she is brilliant. Her manner with nervous patients is great, she makes me feel comfortable and goes at my pace. I have quite a few sensitive teeth so she has to do the scaling by hand rather than using the machine which obviously takes longer but she has always been happy to do this if it makes me more comfortable.The dental practice as a whole is lovely, clean and everyone there is very friendly. The dentists are also very good with my 5 year old who isn’t nervous, but is very curious and asks a lot of questions. He is always excited when his appointment is due.Would highly recommend!

Very efficient reception staff and dentist who did a thorough examination and X-ray of the tooth and explained all of my options and charges to get the tooth sorted out. Many thanks. It’s not obviously everyone’s most favourite place the dentist. However, from leaving the military after 23 years I found myself unable to find what should be an easy task in finding a new dentist. FP Dental in Rothwell offered me a monthly private option which roughly equates to overall yearly NHS costs with added benefits. I found this practice to be excellent throughout. Nothing is too much trouble. I’m a stickler after years in the RAF for professional no nonsense service. If you’re in the hunt for a dentist like this then look no further than this place.

I have used this practice for over twenty years now and the best thing to happen was being taken over by fp dentist. The practice is now totally different it gives you a private dentist experience on the National health. It starts the moment you enter the reception to be greeted by very friendly staff in a modern clean environment. Our dentist (Bruno) makes you feel relaxed due to his relaxed manner and his professional attitude. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you to all at fp dental.

Had an emergency consultation yesterday 21.11.2024.Going in thinking I needed to have a filing to finding out I had an abscess under my back bottom tooth and it had to come out.Not the news I was expecting,so had a mini meltdown.Muddassir Hassan calmed me down and reassured me it would be ok.He managed to get the tooth out in one piece with very little discomfort,even though it had the longest root he had ever seen. He would be a very good addition to the team and I hope he stays.Thank you 😊

As a 55-year-old, I truly appreciate their proactive approach, as I’m keen to keep my own teeth for as long as possible. My previous dentist made me absolutley dread going so when I moved to FP I really wasn’t in the best mindset on my visits, I mainly see Andreia and sometimes Bruno but both of them have really settled me and as much as I still have the anxiety each time I go I don’t dread it. Their friendly, calm and understanding manners really so settle me & it really helps that they explain everything that’s happening. The girls on reception & within the rooms are great too. We have moved just over half an hour away from the surgery but the travel really is worth the service.

Brilliant service today, put me at ease, very professional and staff are friendly and welcoming, the dentists (all of them) are so efficient. I had my teeth cleaned and a filling today, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. So good. They are sympathetic to your condition and treat each patient with dignity and respect. They offer a great service and I would recommend them.

Yesterday i went with my son there and didn't have to wait too long the dentist was very professional the nurse was very helpful and both very kind and gentle. Dentist knew how to deal with kids. She knows her onion even my son said to me dentist was very polite. I was fully satisfied.

Andreia & Bruno are amazing dentists (along with the rest of the team). I have had zero complaints & my teeth have never been better! Any issues I have I can get booked in & they explain thoroughly what they are doing.Jenna & Ellis are amazing with me for airflow (as I have jaw issues) & botox. The make me feel so comfortable and tailor to my needs.Andrea on reception is always super helpful & friendly!The prices on all treatments are great, they only increase when the government ups the prices, but they themselves do not inflate on that charge.I am a NHS patient, I have recommended both my partner (pay as you go patient) & and my cousin (private health care patient). Both have been thrilled with the service & said they should have joined much sooner.As you can tell, I highly recommend.

First time here, I took my elderly father in law. All the staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The practice was spotless. My father in law was very nervous as he hasn't been to a dentist for a long time. They couldn't have put him more at ease. The dentist we saw introduced himself as Bruno, and was so lovely, he explained everything, and asked if we had any questions, and didn't rush anything. I've been a patient at FP Dental since I was young and now my own daughter and husband come here too. Aside of being highly knowledgeable, all the staff are lovely and friendly - so much so, that my 5yro daughter looks forward to going and has never had a fear of Dentists! They offer amazing varied services including cosmetic/aesthetic work at which theye highly skilled. I've never struggled to get an appointment and their patient care is outstanding.The clinic itself is always very clean and welcoming and they're also close to a free car park. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
